Application Process
I’ve seen a property; how do I go forward?
We’ve tried to keep our application process as easy as possible:
- Make an enquiry about a property
- We’ll send you the application forms
- Make an appointment to view the property
- Once you’ve viewed it, return the completed application forms
- The application gets submitted to the owner for approval
- Credit & reference checks get carried out
- All the legal documents get drawn up and signed
- Pay the rent and deposit
- You get the keys and move in!
