This means should anything go wrong, you’ve got recourse! We’re completely transparent in everything we do. We have a simple fee structure with absolutely no hidden fees and nothing charged until a tenant moves into a property. We charge a monthly property management fee of 10%+VAT and a marketing fee of 1.5%+VAT of the total value of the lease for each new tenancy.

We carry out rigorous tenants screening and give our landlords full visibility of the results before committing to a tenancy. We aim to create tenancies that last.
